On July 15th, our building management (spur apartments) emailed a large group of residents (possibly all residents) say that there was a "potential problem with certain bathtubs" and that they would be entering our unit on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. They did not provide a specific time, exact reasons, phone number to contact, or any form of physical written notice.
