PER PHONE COMPLAINT: landlord wants to end tenancy before end of lease agreement.Complaintant rents room to a 17 year old foreign exchange student from Vietnam. The mother of student co-signed the agreement. The agreement is for six (6) months, they are three (3) into the lease agreement and the Complainant wants to end the agreement now.
