There was a flood due to a toilet from above unit (204), therefore flooding my unit (104). Maintenance has left a hole in my ceiling, and it has not been repaired yet.

We have a fence that has been falling over for months. The common areas in the building are disgusting. They are not cleaned and their are visible stains, filth, and garbage everywhere.

Common areas are not cleaned and there is visible filth and constant disgusting odor throughout building. Walkways are blocked by hedges in the back parking lot making them not ADA accessible. Elevator frequently breaks down and there is no permit visible, elevator lights frequently stop working. Back fence is broken and is held up precariously by one board. My roommate and I keep our apartment very clean (no food/drinks out) but we are STILL getting roaches in multiple areas of our apartment.

I and my husband are seniors and have been living in our apt for seventeen years. I am 72yrs old and my husband is 65yrs. I work part time and my husband is full but we have to and have been paying our rent half and half every month by the 7th with the 1st part and the rest before the end of the month, which was fine until we got new owners. The new owners never communicated with us tenants and they have went through about four managers withen a year that they have been here,
