Complaint: Weeds
Opened June 29, 2026
The hedges/vegetation at the front of this property consistently blocked the sidewalk. Pedestrians cannot walk on the sidewalk without having to step on the grass median, this forces wheelchairs, strollers, kids on tricycles, etc to move onto the street or try to get passed on the grass. Additionally, as this house is across the street from an elementary school, it is heavily trafficked by children and caregivers, putting kids at risk of running on the street to avoid the thick hedges/bushes.

Homeowner has informed us he intends to not remove 182 sq ft of existing carport which is described in site plan. He has installed new gutters draining directly into sewer with shared common line. Existing carport exceeds allowable lot coverage percentage. Combination of DADU and additional structure creates undue stress on common sewer and poses risk to our downslope home.
