5/17/11 KB inspected property and Land Use violation exists - junkobserved house fire and debris and burnt furniture on lawn. Confirmed with CT that it does need to be removed regardless of insurance status.

Per online complaint: "There is burnt debris left from a house fire all over the front yard of this house. There is burnt furniture, and other household material all over the yard, front yard and driveway. The fire was over 3 weeks ago. There has been no sign of any clean-up. This is a health and safety hazard."
