Tree work on 4/29/2024 on SW corner of property accessible by alley between 4614 2nd Ave NW and 4610 2nd Ave NW. Tree work was reportable and was not reported. No Permit. Tree Service Provider does not show code required markings: neither seattle permit number nor company markings. Final work truck to depart work area had no markings at all other than the WA License Plate C76416X.
