Per CSB: I'm a disabled senior citizen. I have to use a walker when I go for walks. I have to go for walks as part of my physical therapy. There are some property owners that don't keep their bushes and trees maintained in compliance with the city requirements. I tried dealing with SDCI about this last year, I included photos, SDCI verified there was a problem, and I suppose SDCI mailed them a letter, but they didn't follow up to enforce the requirements. The property owners ignored the letters

Per online complaint: "Vegetation is completely unkempt. Overgrowing the sidewalk on the East and North sides of building. Moss growing on the sidewalk, North side. Absentee landlord. Has never taken very good care of the place."
