Per Online; Over the last couple years, our winter utility bills have been extremely high. We have continuously tried to address this on our own with weatherproofing, better curtains, and reducing our usage in the common spaces. Despite all that, our bills end up always being well over $500 and over $1000 at one point. And the house is still freezing, hovering around 50-60 degrees on average.
