PER 7/27/17 ONLINE COMPLAINT: "Hello. Can you verify that none of the construction encroaches the alley ROW & the 2' alley setback? The concrete work for the walkway is angled funny and looks like it may encroach (appears out of line w/ bldg); Can you also verify that the bay windows in the setback meet SMC 23.45.518.H3?
