Per Illegal Dumping: To SDCI- the garage belongs to 4700 7th Ave NE. Needs to be boarded up. CSB his alley area is a continuing mess- whatever clean up happened resulted in overflowing recycle bins that are now ignored and overflowing. This is a very irresponsible owner- please help
