I signed an executed lease agreement with The M Seattle (GEDR Brooklyn, LLC) for $2,065.00/month. Management subsequently demanded an unauthorized $50.00/month increase under a new lease packet, citing a 'View Premium' because Unit 1209 was the only unit left. When I declined the unauthorized rate increase, they refused to deliver the unit at my signed rate and are withholding my $600.00 security deposit unless I sign new terms or find a subletter.
