HOUSING--per online--There have been multiple requests addressed to the owner Kemp Hiatt and the building manager Kelle Taplin to fix the leak that occurs on the back wall where the large windows meet in the living room. Every time the leak is fixed there seems to be a reoccurring issue with leakage. The leak has created cracks in the wall, has caused the surrounding wall to bubble or soften, and has soaked the carpet which collected mold. When asking the owner if he would fix

Complainant was previously a tenant at the Hiatt Apartments - broke lease agreement based on advice from a medical expert. MGMT appeared to be displeased with the circumstances, but never disclosed that penalties would be involved. Complainant has since moved out of state and has recently applied for residency.
