Violating conditions of permit #'s: 6206591 and 6193646. Owner uncovered the ditches for side sewer and drainage system after getting the permits finaled, possibly doing additional side sewer repair work w/o permits, the ditches have been opened for at least five months now. Also, building a retaining wall that may require a permit on the east and south side of lot.
