The parking lot at this address is a hub for homeless transients. Someone has been living in the parking lot for months. There are dozens of homeless walking the streets of the U-District every day, leaving trash, needles, clothes, feces, shouting profanities and creating a toxic environment for all. Enough is enough. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
