Per CSB: I'm writing for the 3rd or 4th attempt to have the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and South Morgan Street cleaned up overgrown weeds and general landscaping that are so bad, one cannot even see the sidewalk. Am I, or am I not, paying for taxes to have this basic service given, or am I paying for other areas in the city only? PLEASE keep this intersection to my neighborhood and where Ic all home basically tended to. Lisa Snavlin
