There has been an infestation of squirrels in this house for at least 3 years and possibly longer. The landlord has been made aware of the problem multiple times over these years and ignores suggestions from professional pest consultants on how to address the problem. The landlord has not taken action on the pest infestation aside from having consultants come. Additionally, we have been informed by an inspector that the foundation of the house is crumbling.
