ZONING--per online--During a Seattle Fire Dept. complaint inspection I noted that one of the rooms being used as a sleeping room in basement Unit #5 does not have a window that meets the Seattle Fire Code requirement for a 'emergency escape and rescue opening', The existing window is too small and too high.Unit #5 looks like recent renovation in an older building and I could not find permits online. A 10'-15' swath of ivy is growing from the neighbor's property onto the complainant's building and is almost to the roof. It will soon start coming through the windows.
