Cannot contact landlord. Contact information is not in lease agreement, not posted in building. I have asked the building manager 5 times to speak to the landlord. Every time I have been denied or ignored. Three times I have been told he does not speak to renters. I am being harassed by one of his staff and the manager is either disinterested or powerless to stop it.
