Per Online; Excessively unreasonable noise complaint. Hundreds of intoxicated students packed in & around residential house at 4714 19th Ave. NE, Seattle 98105. Our building nearby is literally shaking from the vibrations of amplified profane music & people gathering screaming. It is still a residential neighborhood with kids & families. The amplifiers are truly excessive.
