Terrible garbage/waste maintenance in the alley back parking area. Bins wee overflowing and never cleaned up for weeks.Right now the house seems to be vacant and homeless vagrants are getting into the house and residing in there.The property agent seems to just change the lock, but isn't secure the building properly. The homeless continue to break in and trash the area. No signs are posted.
