Leak from apartment building, there is water flowing onto sidewalk and into park, ongoing for over 6 months, tenants have filed multiple complaints to property owners and they have closed complaints, and they have not responded until now they are recognizing the leak that it is coming from our building. They continue to bill us for the water usage even though we have submitted complaints. Water bill for a small 2 bedroom apartment is $653.
