PER CSB: Very loud banging @ 7am and impossible to sleep when I work nights. The noise gets way quieter after 10am and usually stops. they need to do the loud part later in the day. it is extremely disrespectful and the workers are playing loud music.noise ordinance

The construction next door is way too loud. They play music before 8am and are jackhammering for hours but stop at 10am. There is absolutely NO reason they cannot do this activity later in the day. They are as loud as humanly possible for 3 hours before 10am and make no effort to be quieter and seem to try and be as loud as humanly possible.
