Per City of Seattle code I believe all rental housing in the City of Seattle must register with the City. We rented the property at 4719 Thackeray PL NE from June of 2021 until May 2023 and this house has been rented for at least the last 10 if not 15 years and I do not find it listed as a rental unit under this ordinance as required by City code.We did not realize this during our rental and felt that we were being taken advantage of during this time.
