There have been issues with hot water supply for at least a month in this "luxury" apartment building. The constant cold to lukewarm showers are affecting the health of some of us who live here. Management will not even provide an estimate on if or when it will be fixed.

Tenant left pot on stove ....unfortunately no fire she said but it left a heavy odor in unit. She said that management will not let her move into a new unit because nothing in her unit is damaged. but tenant says she cannot stay in her unit because of the smell, wants to know her rights as a tenant.
