My apologies if I'm complaining to the wrong place. This is about trash. The tenants at said address regularly have severely overflowing bins and a great deal of trash around the bins on the ground. This includes recyclables, compost garbage and other trash. It stays on the ground for many weeks and increased rats are definitely a problem.
