There is an active biohazard odor nuisance spreading from an individual unit into a multi-family shared egress. The resident is disabled and must use a shared bathroom down the hall. He has begun using the bathroom in his home and storing it until helpers come and dispose of it, about once a week. I think they come on Tuesdays, but I learned that they will stop coming once a week and will start visiting once a month.

The construction crew working at 4735 15th Ave NE began working at 5:30 this morning, Saturday 2/20/21. At 5:30, they were using heavy machinery and appeared to be unloading a crane from a truck, a loud process that involved back-up beepers, engines rumbling, and people shouting. All of this was occurring about 30 feet from my windows and those of others in my residential building.
