The construction crew working at 4735 15th Ave NE began working at 5:30 this morning, Saturday 2/20/21. At 5:30, they were using heavy machinery and appeared to be unloading a crane from a truck, a loud process that involved back-up beepers, engines rumbling, and people shouting. All of this was occurring about 30 feet from my windows and those of others in my residential building.
