Central heating units in bedroom downstairs and two rooms downstairs not working. Electrical outlets are outside of the walls--the wires are covered by metal sheathing. Small break in one living room window. Mold in house (affecting tenants health) primarily upstairs in two bedrooms and bathroom (I also referred compl to the KC American Lung Assoc). She is trying to break her lease.
