Complaint
Opened November 30, 2025
The occupants at 4726 do not dispose of their trash correctly that leads to wildlife getting into their bins and leaving waste all over the sidewalk and public access easement. There are raccoons that get into their trash cans, they never clean it fully so it's up to the neighbors to clean. They are very confrontational if someone brings it up so I am hoping a friendly reminder from the city helps them keep the area clean. There is a lot of food waste on the driveway at all times.
