Major encampment; several tents south of Arbora Ct (4750 15th Ave NE) in sunken area where 3 houses were demolished. Several bikes & other items periodically piled up inside cut fence & then disappear. Stolen goods? Black garden fabric hung on fence to hide encampment BUT not fastened at bottom so blows on cars traveling down alley to Arbora Ct underground garage. Arbora Ct's bldg entrance from garage propped open w/two Lime Bikes & piece of wood over the weekend. -- original

ST 3/13/18 Violation was next door(4727) not(4721) here.ST 3/13/18 Junk storage of including but not limited to box spring and scattered garbage near alley and around property not allowed.

*PER ONLINE* "Small deck constructed in top of sloped porch roof shingles. Tied to exterior wall at top of the roof with metal straps to keep the deck from sliding off the roof. Floor framing and guardrail do not appear to meet code."
