"Per online complaint" The flip switch for our power in located in the separate apartment downstairs leaving us with no access to the switch if our electricity short circuits upstairs. Which is a common occurrence because we do not have any grounded outlets in our rooms and there are eight girls living in the house.

per online complaint dated 9/28/05: "The occupants of the rooming house are in violation of King County Ord. 10.04.080. The occupants are depositing refuse in the yard between the rear of the residence and the alleyway. The occupants are not using, approved or unapproved, receptacles of any kind for the storage and disposal of household garbage."
