Throughout the North side of the building on floors 2, 3 and 4, the floor sags. On all floors it sags in the same spot. You would need to enter the units of 202, 301 and 402 to feel this. I worry for the safety of the people inside the building. It was like this on all floors. I feel the building should be looked at for potential structural compromises. Also, outside on the south side of the building there is a storm drain with what appears to be a barbecue grate over it instead of the steel

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: standing water in the parkin lot that has a smell. The source of water is a hole coming out of building. The hole has slow dripping water.***(HZT NOTES: Complainant informed we may be able to guarantee "Confidentiality" for a tenant complaint.)***
