Building has been inaccessible to USPS carriers since I moved in in September. The building manager was on vacation when it was first constructed and temporarily had a door code for USPS, but according to notes left by mail carriers this is no longer working and should not be permanent anyway. Currently residents have to travel to and wait at the local carrier facility to get any mail or packages sent via USPS.

2 HUGE commercial style dumpsters are dangerously blocking drivers' views, as well as pedestrians views, & sitting directly on the already narrow one lane, 2-way street street. They are totally blocking adequate vision from coming out of neighboring garages & driveways, for heading onto 20th Ave NE. This is an extremely dangerous blind spot ! We have already had close calls with potential accidents due to dumpsters.The building address is 4730 19th Ave. NE, however the HUGE dumpsters sit on 2

This parcel is under building construction. The workmen are using HEAVY GROUNDPACKING machinery before 8 a.m. ( machine that heavily pushes soil down with vibration to compact). We have taken video footage if necessary to submit. We understand work can start at 7 am, but not for the huge ground impact machinery such as this.
