Per Online;Leaf blower at around 8 am - 9 am on Thursdays. Extremely loud, right under my unit, contributes to bad air quality too. The leaf blowing takes so long unnecessarily. Leaf blower is on my side of the street. I live at 4730 19th Ave NE but my unit is on the back side on 20th Ave NE where the leaf blower is.

Since moving into this unit at Aubrey studios, there has been chronic smoking inside by multiple tenants. There has also been COVID-19 transfer between tenants. Several staff including the property manager, Otis, do not wear masks and smoke outside of the building. The windows in the stairwell are always closed, and the windows in the hallways are always closed. There is also no air filtration in any hallway, and given that staff close the windows and people smoke inside, the
