Electrical conduit running out of the ground next to the fire hydrant and next to the power pole is too close to the fire hydrant and is blocking the Seattle Fire Departments access to that hydrant. We are unable to spin our wrench a full turn to open the hydrant and it doesn't meet clearance code. SFD needs it moved. Lt. Blake Anderson
