Bathroom ceiling is cracked and leaks. Pieces of ceiling are falling, carpet is wet and smells like mildew. Door frame is breaking.

Per online complaint, "Hot water is frequently unavailable. Hot water heater turns off every evening around 8pm and property managers TRY to come to turn it on every day around 12pm. Many times there is no hot water for multiple days. The managers have been informed but this has persisted for ~2 months."
