Per Online; These complaints are made in regards to code compliances to tip 604A. The shared laundry machine has been broken for 2 months and there has been no accessible laundry on the property. The thermostat has been broken for a week so the heater is inaccessible unless turned on and off through the breaker. I'm unable to check the temperature in the unit but it's off and very cold or extremely hot at the maximum temperature.

ST 11/03/15 Vegetation encroaches sidewalk and needs to be cut back concrete edge to concrete edge up to 8 feet above sidewalk. All junk should be removed too.
