Property being used as Rooming House with health violations dirty during Coronavirus (bathrooms and kitchen). They lie and only clean when i exhaust my energy. House is always cold below legal limits. Hole in the ceiling in kitchen. rooms with no windows for emergency exits, Smells like asbestos/mold. And im sure with your trained professionalism you can find more violations.

A fire occured in the building in December of 2004 and construction and electrical work is now taking place without a permit. A new breaker box with a pad lock was installed too. Work can be viewed from the alley.
