Per online complaint: "I need an inspection on a studio I am renting. It is an illegal unit and need it inspected. There are 2 studio apartments being rented out that share a water heater and electrical panel. There is a big house that is rented to 9 people and there are 2 apartments in the back. 4739 19th Ave NE #B & #C"

Illegal ADU. Complainant lives in one (unit B) of two units at rear of property. Units share water heater, electrical is connected to the main houses' electrical panel, which frequently shorts out.Note: Complainant is moving out on Feb 13th but will have the keys until 3/1.
