PER CSB: My landlord just gave us all a "Notice of Inspection". No reason no nothing. They will be entering everywhere. All common spaces and all our rooms. Everywhere. Is this legitimate ? Note: I've been robbed blind TWICE by the last landlord. and that set all kinds of destructive dangerous precedents. Incident#: 16-50203. Caller was adamant that we had to get involved in getting a wet rug removed from the bathroom because it is labeled a "common area." Caller was very upset that he had notified Mrs. Clarke and they refuse to move the rug. Room #9 is in the basement and can be accessed via the steps on the left side of the building.
