For 5 weeks, has been unable to fix key fob that grants access to building for leasing office/package room. Property manager removed access due to name on door buzzer being different than legal name due to being transgender. On hot days, temp rises to 100 degrees, management not fixing. Seeking tenant rights on this matter.

Property management refuses to address and fix an ongoing issue with access to our building for our USPS mail carrier, and as such, USPS refuses to deliver mail to the building stating that they are unable to gain access. This has been going on since September 21, 2023.
