ZONING/TREE--per online--The owner of the property at 4747 39th Ave. S. just cut down a large maple tree. The maple tree is in an environmentally critical area and on a critical slope. I am pretty sure he doesn't have either a permit or a restoration plan. The owner left all the debris on my property. and crushed several native plums that are on my property. He also topped one or more trees on the property located next to mine at 3827 S. Alaska. Those trees are
