The tenants on this property break noise ordinances constantly. Police have been called multiple times but do not arrive in time. We have contacted the landlord multiple times and they have ignored us.

Excessive extreme noise from huge speakers placed outside in front yard & backyard. Speakers on  treme volume continuously disturbing other neighbors, even with windows closed. Unacceptable noise level due to current noise ordinance. This is an ongoing problem at this address where the renters do not abide by law. Police also notified. Videos taken but trouble downloading on site.

Extremely loud noise from huge speakers tenants placed outside in backyard close to other property where people are exposed to it. Hours upon hours of blasting noise from the huge speakers which actually make the neighboring tenants windows rattle. Children disturbed & workers/handicapped live next door in horror. This has been continuous along with fireworks yesterday.

Numerous Garbage & recycling dumpsters belonging to this property are left 24/7 on curbside, throughout the entire week. They are never taken back in.  This has been going on now for months. Attracts Crows, rats & other animals, that open & pick at garbage, spreading it all over public walkway & street. Broken glass & rotting food spills on public walkway.
