At 12th Ave NE and NE 50th St, a jackhammer started going off at the construction site at the intersection around 8:45pm. As of 9:30pm, it is still going off. It is incredibly loud and disruptive.

Per Online;At Helix Ellipse apartments we signed a lease that guaranteed access to mail. And had working mail boxes until two weeks ago. Now we can not receive mail from USPS as the mailboxes are not up to code. It has been over the 10-days this should have been rectified. No residents can receive mail.
