Mold under carpet. Reported musty smell to property manager 1 day after move in. Got super sick 2 weeks ago and had property manager come out to see it for herself. She denied it and is not responding

All issues from complainant are in basement. Exposed electrical wiring, fixtures hanging off of walls/ceiling, visible mold, overwhelming smell of mold, flickering lights in basement when people walk on floor above, linoleum pealing off floor, broken window with hole in glass, cracked bathroom tile, no fire/co2 alarms, and the place is filthy. Caller moved in at end of September. She has continually contaced the landlord to get many items fixed but she has not been very responsive. There is very little heat because the majority of the vents do not work; the roof leaks in the living room and the hall closet is covered in mold; the dryer was fixed but is not working at this time; the stove does not have burner covers so she cannot cook; the stair bannister to the top floor is loose; she had to buy her own fire alarms and install them;
