House has multiple families living in it and someone sleeping in a tent backyard. There is trash spilling into neighbors yards, illegal dumping and an abandoned vehicle in the city alley behind house.

Yard is covered in yard waste from large cleanup job done over 8 months ago. There is also litter all over the property. There is a broken window on the NE corner of the basement with shards of glass on the ground below. All of this waste gets blown onto my yard and other neighbors yards. There are also small children living in this house and the conditions don't seem safe.DUPLICATE 003736-23CP

Per online complaint "Flooding, Backed up toilet for two weeks. $20.00 charge for light bulbs. $350.00 for late rent charges." I called to ask if he still has a key to grant our inspector access to enter since his current address on the online complaint form does not match the address in question.(Left msg on answering machine typed up SR)
