per online complaint: Brambles on the north side of the property are encroaching onto the sidewalk on the north side. This pushes pedestrians out toward the street. 2/3rds of the sidewalk is covered with the brambles. The brambles are thorny and can be difficult to get around. The walkway is very narrow.

There is a severe mold problem in my bedroom. Mold is eating the walls and all my clothes in the closet. My landlord looked at and said it was my responsibility but I think there's something wrong for it to get this bad.
