The landlord is trying to put cameras up on the rooftop in a private housing complex to ensure that no one smokes and brings pets to go to the bathroom in a private housing building. The landlord is going against Fair Housing Policies. They are trying to harass residents with disabilities and ESA animals inside their own homes and it is not fair.
