Received a notice to enter for 3-day window with times from 9a-5p. Tenant made accommodations for dogs not to be home when she was in office for possible inspection. Never confirmed a day or time, nor did they show up within that window. They have provided a 3-day window for following week. Would like to know tenant rights surrounding notice to enter.

This morning at 5 AM to 5:45 AM (current time) a large big rig pulled pulled into the parking lot, parked its back into the PCC garage, and gbegan pumping something and u loading canisters extremely loudly. The noise penetrated closed, double-paned windows, and was loud enough to wake up me and my wife even though we had a loud fan running at max speed and volume.

Tenant receive a rent increase with lease renewal. Some tenants were given option of 18month lease makes it so they can't raise rent while tenant was only given a 12month lease as she's in a MFTE. Is this allowed? Can they do this, what are rights?
