fence broken by construction workers - large trucks have been driven over the lawn dug up all the sawed, used some kind of chemical a film has been left on the cars here

Construction workers are making loud noises on the exterior of the site, banging ladders starting at 7 am on a Saturday. This has been ongoing all morning and not the first time this construction site has worked outside of noise ordinance hours.
