I live at 4805 Greenwood ave n and The GreenBuilder via permit 6827549-CN constructed a house adjacent to the north of mine. When building he skirted the 1:1 rule for excavation and i know have a sink hole on my property. The sink hole is located at the NW corner of my house. I know for a fact the 1:1 as required was not followed because to do so he would have had to move my fence that was in that field. The fence never moved. The contractor is now refusing any responsibility to the damage
